So, big announcement… I’m officially on the podcast bandwagon. As a big comedy podcast fan, I decided it was high-time. So here’s basically how it will basically work, basically: one part of it will be like a faster-paced, queenlier, meme-ier version of The View’s “Hot Topics” in which some combination of Anthony, Heidi and myself tangentially rant on any and all things… another part will be me having very salient, dishy conversation with a female comic about all things pertinent to being female and a comic. Click HERE to download/listen to our first episode!!! “My God, how did we get on Maude?/My Maude, how did we get on God?” The Bitch: Andrew, Anthony and Heidi discuss the upcoming remount of “AbFab” and its lack of an emotional core, “The Nanny”’s lasting appeal, how we may or may not have gone on a “Nanny” walking tour of NYC, Roseanne’s “settling” plastic surgery, paying ‘first world respects’ to the memory of Jack Layton in pilates, how Olivia Chow is the new Jackie O, exactly who Sherri Sheppard thinks she’s fooling with her second marriage, how Victoria Beckham’s singing voice is akin to that of an 1800’s-era Evil Scientist, Liza Minnelli’s short-lived synth-pop career of the late 80’s and how it was the prototype for present-day Robyn and slightly more! The Salad: Andrew sits down and talks shop with the first guest on Bitch Salad’s first ever show (and, accordingly, first-ever podcast) DINI DIMAKOS to talk about bombing at the Rivoli, growing up sheltered & fat in a small-town, getting her start 65 years ago on “Buzz”, how she was labelled a bitch early on for simply being cohesive with another female comic, being on the “Fast Track” at Yuk Yuk’s and more conversation about MuchMusic than one person could possibly handle.  “My Ears Are Burning!”: Sabrina Jalees, Nicole Arbour, Eddie Della Siepe, Darrin Rose, Tim Nasiopolous, Elise Estrada, Adam Hurstfield, Boomer Phillips, Katherine Ryan So yeah… there are still some kinks that are being worked out, but things will improve significantly by the third episode (read: I got a second mic by this point), so in the meantime, you may need to do a little manual volume adjustment from time to time, still: THE BEST TIME EVER. —- Aj
